MICHAEL HICKEY

Michael Hickey is an Associate at Postol Law Firm, P.C., focusing his practice on workers' compensation defense and civil litigation. He graduated from the George Washington University Law School in 2023 with a concentration in Business & Finance, aiming to bridge the gap between business and the law. At the University of Maryland, College Park, he completed dual majors in Government & Politics and Spanish Language, Literature, and Cultures, with a concentration in Professional Contexts.

 

Michael is a member of the Virginia State Bar. His professional interests extend to Environmental, Technology, and Privacy Law, where he seeks to combine legal acumen with adaptability to the demands of a changing world. Michael developed his compliance expertise as a Law Clerk at the Environmental Protection Agency, where he analyzed state compliance frameworks on the Clean Water Act and Clean Air Act.
